Principals

Mary Reno, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Reno, as CEO, serves as an active member of the New Business Development group in addition to her duties of the daily operations and strategic management of IPP. This New Business Development group is responsible for the identification of customers who need to supplement their staff with contract or permanent employees to satisfy fluctuations in their business activities.

Prior to joining Innovation, Mary was director of financial planning and controller for Critical Care America, a Massachusetts-based home infusion therapy company. She also served as a management consultant specializing in financial software systems, business process re-design, and project management, first for KPMG Peat Marwick, and subsequently as an independent consultant.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and an MBA with concentration in entrepreneurship and healthcare studies from Harvard Business School. She is also a certified public accountant.

Bruce K. Swindlehurst, Associate
Mr. Swindlehurst brings over three decades of business success to Innovation. Bruce is an active member of the New Business Development group responsible for the sales and negotiation/implementation of new contracts to customers who need to supplement their staff with contract or permanent employees to satisfy fluctuations in their business activities.

Prior to joining IPP, Bruce served as a senior regional vice president for Adecco Technical where he had total P&L responsibility for a $70M market spanning 17 offices and 4 on-site operations throughout the Northeast U.S. His 22 years with Adecco TAD Technical provided him invaluable insight into the recruiting skills necessary to complete in today’s highly competitive professional placement market.

Prior to the acquisition of TAD by Adecco in 1997, Bruce was the vice president of national marketing for TAD Resources International and a member of the TAD Senior Executive Group. In this role, he was responsible for the formation of the National Account Sales and Support (NASS) group with annual sales in excess of $300M.

Peter C. Bossalini, Associate
Mr. Bossalini brings over three decades of business, management and design engineering expertise to Innovation. Peter is an active member of the New Business Development group responsible for the sales and negotiation/implementation of new contracts to customers who need to supplement their staff with contract or permanent employees to satisfy fluctuations in their business activities.

Prior to joining IPP, Peter served as a senior area manager for TAD Resources International/Adecco TAD Technical where he had total P&L responsibility for a $20+M market spanning 4 offices in the Northeast U.S.

His 25 hands-on years with TAD in the marketing, sales and recruiting of contract employees has provided him with an innate knowledge of the entire recruiting process. During Peter’s tenure with TAD Resources International, he was instrumental in the award and ongoing management of the General Electric Power System (GEPS) On-Site program that resulted in 900+ contract employees on-site with sales in excess of $30M a year.
